The Astor Compact Fixed is a cost-effective, high-quality fixed-height bath designed specifically for care home environments. Retaining the ergonomic shape and premium build of the Compact range, this model delivers comfort, safety, and hygiene without the need for height adjustability. Available in two lengths, 1600 mm and 1700 mm, it’s ideal for smaller bathrooms or en-suites where space is limited.
The integrated powered seat ensures safe and comfortable transfers, featuring clip-on lap straps, nursing armrests, and an integrated obstacle detection system for user protection. A detachable seat version is also available for compatibility with a seat transfer trolley, enabling smooth room-to-bathroom transfers. When not in use, a comfortable headrest can be fitted for a relaxed, independent bathing experience.
The bath’s sculpted internal shape supports the bather in a semi-reclined position and allows for full water immersion. Its smooth, clean lines simplify cleaning and promote excellent hygiene control.
