It's able to extend pressure relief therapy to the sitting position thus providing the patient with 24 hour pressure area care. This allows cargivers to make versatile care plans for patients to prevent pressure injuries and increase the patient's mobility.
- Cushion works with Apex Domus air mattress pumps meaning no additional pump is required if the patient is using a Domus air mattress system - simply switch the pump from the mattress to the cushion.
- Hybrid design with foam encased in each cell to protect the patient 'bottoming-out' in the case of a pump breakdown or disconnection.
- Non-slip base prevents the cushion from sliding out of position, giving peace of mind to the user
- Crib 7 fire retardant, high moisture vapour transmission stretch cover with welded seams to wick moisture away from the surface while preventing any fluid ingress
