This advanced crash mat features built-in sensor pads and a Wireless Transmitter seamlessly integrated within the foam. When a user falls onto the mat, it automatically sends a wireless signal to the Alerta Wall Point Receiver (sold separately - see suggested items below), ensuring immediate caregiver response.
The system can be used in two ways:
- Integrated with a nurse call system for centralised alerts
- Standalone operation via the Alerta Wall Point Receiver for localised alerts
For added flexibility, the volume can be muted when connected to a nurse call system, allowing for silent in-room monitoring. This ensures that no user remains on the mat unnoticed for an extended period.
