The Alerta Wireless Wall Point Receiver is a great new product line that enables floor, bed and chair alarm mats to be connected wirelessly to operate through the nurse call system, but can also be used as a stand-alone system independant of a nurse call system, giving localised alerts.
The Alerta Wall Point Receiver can be wirelessly paired with up to 5 Alerta wireless devices and is compatible with the Wireless Chair Alertamat, Wireless Bed Alertamat, Wireless Floor+ Alertamat, Wireless Deluxe Alertamat, Wireless Detect Motion Sensor and Wireless Nurse Call Button. It uses radio frequency technology to connect, with a wireless range of up to 95 metres. Once paired with Alerta devices, it will only transmit to those devices and will not interfere with other Alerta Wall Point Receivers or devices in use nearby.
This receiver connects into the nurse call point on the wall through a short cable connection, please ensure you order the correct connection if you are using the device through a nurse call system.
Removing the need for wires has many benefits including:
- Remove trip hazard of trailing wires
- Greatly reduces breakages or damage to the cables on wired alarm mats
- Connect 5 mats to 1 call point - free up the call points for use with other devices
- High, low and silent volume control
- Battery powered (with an option for mains power if a mains adaptor is also purchased)
